Return Process
To start a return, please email us at info@allalingerie.com with your order number and photos of the item. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund Time
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-returnable Items
Customized or personalized items, clearance products, or intimate clothing (such as underwear) cannot be returned unless defective.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
